Best for: Chronic pain, muscle tightness, and injury recovery.

Hot stone/Himalayan 

Hot Stone Massage uses smooth, heated stones placed on key points of the body to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Himalayan Salt Stone Massage uses warm, mineral-rich salt stones to help detoxify, reduce inflammation, soothe sore muscles, and gently exfoliate the skin.
Best for: Those with muscle stiffness, chronic tension, poor circulation, or anyone seeking deep relaxation and stress relief. 

Note: Himalayan is contraindicated for individuals with  high blood pressure.

Myofascial Release/Trigger Point

Lymphatic Drainage

Best for: Post-surgery swelling, water retention, and boosting the immune system.
Not recommended for: Clients with congestive heart failure, kidney issues, or active infections (please consult your doctor).
